QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

**Do you accept any insurance plans?

Speech+Smiles is private pay, but we can provide a superbill which would be submitted by you to your insurance company. Reimbursement is dependent on your plan and it is recommended to contact your insurance company to inquire about reimbursement for services with a superbill.

**What forms of payment do you accept?

HSA (health saving account), FSA (flex spending accounts), checks, credit cards, & cash. 

​

**Do you provide guidance and support for speech and language outside of the therapy sessions?

Yes! An update is given immediately after each session, a follow-up email is written with specific directions for "homework" to be completed between sessions for extra support. 

​

**I am a super busy parent/caregiver. When can I bring my child to you for therapy? 

We will work with you for a time that can work for you and your child. If appropriate, teletherapy is also an option.

​

**Do I stay or drop off my child for therapy? You can stay and relax in the waiting area, stay in your car, go for a walk in the neighborhood, or do a drop off. We do ask that you are prompt in your pick up to not disturb the next client. 

​

**Can I text message Speech+Smiles? Yes, you can. 

​

**Is there any other support offered for moms? 

Yes! Find Babes with babes on FB and request to join. It is a private support group for mothers to get speech and language tips, fun facts, ideas, a secure place to vent, ask questions, and give answers. Most of all, we are a tribe of Babes helping ourselves and our little babes grow to be the best they can be!
